It would take more pictures than you posted to determine if it was a real original Cobra or not.
However, it looks from the pictures to have the original style uprights in front (from what little I can see of them). And the framework in the nose looks correct.

If it is an original, it looks like a slabside that has had some fender work done around the flairs. However, this is just a WAG with the small amount of information shown.
