Top loader also sitting on the garage floor and as I was on the phone with David Kee ordering a new output shaft seal I discovered that I have the infamous 25 spline transmission.

Even though its run in this cobra for 26 years it can't go back in the car. It's too dangerous.

So here are my options:

1) Upgrade the output shaft to 28 spline and replace the drive shaft with bigger yokes.

2) Buy a new top loader with 31 splines, replace the drive shaft, and clutch to match bigger input shaft.
