I will double check it, but I think the bottom of the pan is the same height as the bottom of the frame rails.

What I reeeeaaaallllyyyyy need are some actual height measurements of the frame mounts...can't really go any farther with the build until this little devil of a detail is ironed out. I think my frame mounts are 1/2" too tall.
