Never saw a big snake or alligator on a golf course. But one time about 20 years ago, my golf ball landed in the rough on an errant drive. So I grabbed a 7 iron and chipped out. I guess the ball was on top of a colony of bees. When I hit the ball, I got stung by at least half a dozen bees, and a few more as I thundered across a couple of fairways trying to lose an angry swarm of bees.

I just went out and bought a hybrid truck. They say the battery in this one will hold a charge for six years without recharging.
