I am still confused by what I intepret as a "circular" piece of reading.
Am I correct in my understanding that an "assembled vehicle" means a vehicle which meets dmv standards, and an "unconventional vehicle" is one that does not meet the standards. Where does one find the list of specs which must be met.
This looks to suggest that one build a car, submits it for approval, at which time you will be told OK or NOWAY.:confused :confused
