I had to walk around the house to see if anything was damaged. Boy, did I jump. That one was loud! Must have hit close to my house because the flash and the boom were simultaneous.
Boy did it rain for 10 minutes. I even called Noah for a ride.
It stopped as fast as it started and the clouds went away and the sun came out. The dew-point dropped to 71°F .. still oppressive. Now I can hear more thunder in the distance.
