Default Buckshot Racefab side pipes, reply #49 correction

I'll provide the short narative.

Ron Roberts built my Buckshot Racefab side pipes, now available at http://www.fireflyperformance.com/.

Dean Beatty sold me Buckshot Racefab side pipes. He now sells another variation of side pipes available at http://www.buckshotracefab.net/

.....or if you like detail I'd like to apologize for the long and winded post to follow, but felt it was important to explain. I have nothing bad to say about Dean Beatty or Ron Roberts. I remain neutral as I'm sure there is much, much more to the relationship between the two of them than I'm aware.

I produced an inacurrate reply to a pervious Buckshot Racefab side pipe topic which is now closed and I'm unable to edit. I felt it necessary to supply the accurate information. I had said Dean Beatty built the side pipes when in fact Rob Roberts built all final installed components to my Buckshot Racefab side pipes. I had mixed up the names in my past reply. This clicked when I read some of the other posts and realized Dean's wife was alive and Ron's wife has passed. Dean Beatty did sell me pipes, Ron Roberts built the pipes. Ron had built the pipes at a time when his wife had just died.

Here are my re-gathered thoughts of the events pertaining to my Buckshot Racefab experience as accurately as I can recall.

-Dean Beatty sold me Buckshot Racefab side pipes with removable mufflers for 4000 dollars plus shipping.

-Ron Roberts built the pipes and polished them.

-I received and installed the pipes and mufflers. In my opinion the welds were fantastic, tight and consistent. The polish was like glass.

-One muffler cracked at a tapered edge.

-A replacement muffler was delivered, different in build internally and externally than the original. To my understanding Dean Beatty built that one muffler.

-I requested two alike mufflers having alike internals, equal in quality and with alike high quality polish to what I had first received.

-Ron Roberts, at this point, started correspondence with me and produced an entirely new pair of mufflers having identical internals, high quality welds and fantastic polish.

-I installed the two new mufflers, now making all final installed components built by Ron Roberts.

-I shipped back three old mufflers.

-The car produced 475 wheel HP with side pipes built by Ron Roberts.

-The car produced high 10 second passes with side pipes built by Ron Roberts.

-Much, much time passed and the Buckshot Racefab topic came up on Club Cobra. I replied quickly in error that Dean Beatty built my side pipes.

-The Buckshot Racefab side pipe post became a circus of jokes and distractions.

-I received a thank you private message from Dean Beatty for my post. He made no mention that Ron Roberts built my pipes. His reply also included information relevant to his business arrangements, losses and comment of Ron Roberts.

-I realized my posting error saying Dean Beatty built the side pipes and private message replied to Dean Beatty with my recollection of events to include that Ron Roberts built the pipes. No reply has occurred to confirm or deny this as of yet. I sent a similar email to Dean Beatty, but have not received a reply.

-I sent Ron Roberts a private message to confirm that he did indeed build my Buckshot Racefab Side pipes. He replied to confirm. He built the side pipes and mufflers.
