Peter is a pretty good "director" as far as originality goes. He will say "Ok if you want that but it's kind of weird" if it is not "original". I put Vintage 427 style wheels on my 289 FIA and he took a while to reconcile himself to it being acceptable! (couldn't get FIA wheels at the time - Trigo was not answering calls) But I really like the wheels, and Peter said "well, actually, there were some early 289's that ran 427 wheels because you could get wider tires, so it's not that bad". ERA builds a real quality machine!! Rick
