You should be fine for regular registration stuff if you just make an online appointment in advance. If you don't have an appt, the best time to show up and wait is first thing Monday when they open.
Probably business as usual for the SB100 class of 2009...good/bad depending on which office you visit and whether they cross your docs up with someone else's.
