Default 1966 289 with a 4" bore

I am editing to add the E to cast number. The E makes this a correct date and code for a COBRA

It was a 289. The block is # C5AE-6015-E dated April 19 of 66 with the heads coded C6AE and dated Feb 21 of 67.

The heads have had all seats replaced and looks like new valves and springs too. I am guessing guides were replaced but adjustable rockers have been installed and guide plates have a Ford part # visible. No porting or gasket matching has been done on the stock castings.

The block is a 4" bore as measured with dial calipers only. The bore is a fresh hone with no rust or any corrosion visible from storage. The pistons are flat top with eyebrow valve relief's. Deck does not appear to have been cut.

I will list this in the for sale area with photos later tonight
