I have a HI TECH Cobra.

The covertible top - attaches to my windshild by slipping its metal channel over the top of the windshield frame.

The top is then clamped on either side at the windshild uprights.


My question:

When I clamp down both sides, the metal channel "pops up" near
the middle of the windshield and there is nothing to hold it down.

Question:
How does a Cobra conv. top attach in the front to the windshild?
It is as if they should have made a third clamp for the middle of the windshield besides the two on the ends.
