I think the biggest problem is actually that we are all so bloody selfish instead of being more courteous and friendly. In Taiwan I noticed that when the traffic stops at night, everyone turns their headlights off so as not to annoy the person in front.It was wierd to see, but really cool.
I honestly believe that if everyone stuck happily to the rules IE: Keep Right..pass left, the traffic would flow so much beter and safer albeit at 20 miles faster than the posted limit....which would probably be raised because it would be safe to do so!!!
