It is a Ford OEM part. Go to a dealer, wrecking yard, or volume engine rebuilding shop in your area. It is used on 221, 260, 289, 302, 351, 429, 460 and maybe others. It has a large diameter thread (over 1.0" diameter) and the threaded portion of 3/4" for the filter to thread onto. Take a large adjustable end wrench or (2) 3/4" fine thread jamb nuts to remove it.

This is what you are after (?) Some have a large nut on the end with the larger threads:
