The later models were like the picture. I'm sure there is a specialized tool but I used (2) 3/4" thin jamb nuts tightened on the threaded nipple to remove and tighten it in the block. I also recommend using locktite on the large threads. If the dealer doesn't have it, don't be afraid to go to a wrecking yard, there should be lots of them cheap, they don't normally get damaged in use.
