Bet its a chrome offshore piece.
As long as it clears the crank throws, rod nuts and other engine internals it will work. You will have to check clearances carefully...these pans are good for a stock passenger car motor and provide very little
oil control.
If you "work" your car/motor at all, this pan with a simple floor baffle might not provide a proper
oil supply to the pickup and pump.
You might consider a Canton pan.......there are two models availiable that will work in a Cobra configuration.
