This bothered me for a while. Eagle does not make an FE crank in 4340 material, nor does SCAT I'm told. (I got the Eagle information directly from Eagle, however they say their crank is good until 750 hp)
Keith is supplying a 4340 "forged" crank with 4.250 stoke for this build (Eagle does not offer a forged FE crank). I incorrectly thought it was cast steel at 4340 (4340 is what was on my build sheet from Keith).
What caught my attention was your post. You are correct that "cast" is nodular, where forged is steel.
