Just a small clarification to the above .....
When making the adjustment with the hammer ... adjust the pan not the crank
One option will work .... the other option ..... won't
and a final clarification to the clarification .... make sure you don't crease the pan or have a tight fold when the metal could develop a fatigue crack.
