Chas, the fans may be going the right direction, but the fans themselves, might have to be turned around, fans are made to be puller or pusher, you have to look at the pitch of the fan blades, you should not have to run a fan on your water pump, mine were going the right direction, the blades were on backwardes, look into that it is very important.
