Yeah. Are you absolutely certain that the clutch is fully disengaging? I'm assuming it is a hydraulic unit (master & slave). Having somebody in the car, pushing the clutch pedal while you check for movement amounts underneath should give you some idea whether or not this is the source.

On the other hand, if it ISN'T hydraulic, do exactly the same - check total movement of the fork.

Since the whole flywheel assembly is now new, there may be some need to adjust pivots for the fork, or any other mechanical connections in the system.
