KCM,
The problem is the engine mounts that you have are probably right. The left one actually went to the right and the right vice versa, The problem is, the correct motor mounts which you are talking about no longer exist. Therefore the new energy suspension mounts. The new ones are flat and not shaped like a horseshoe with a bolt going through them. I think that cpteddie has the horseshoe type of mount on hand but he does not have the matching mounts to the frame,. The headers are going to be a problem for sure.

I can draw up a picture of the correct "V" frame mounts if that will help. Those with the ES mounts will solve your problem and you will not only have he correct set up but light years ahead of the old ones. the "V" mounts are real easy to make and are just flat steel welded at the correct angles. The "V" mounts directly to the frame mounts, the ES mount to the eingine then they drop down onto the "V" mounts and are bolted in with a pre-made stud that slides into the V mount.
Clear as mud?

You will need to find a set of headers aned sidepipes and your're ready to go.
