Ray, I just read your post and went out to my shop with a tape measure. I measured tread outside to outside; rear with P295/5-R15 was 68" and front with P235/60R15 was 64 1/8". Inside tread to tread for both front and rear was 46". My car is a very early ERA (#002) and has the Jag rear. Also keep in mind that the rear fender flairs stick out well beyond the tire tread. On my trailer the tires go up the ramp fine but I have to watch that the fender flairs don't hit the trailer sides.
