IF you are hearing a squeal in the rear,,,,check it before yoy drive it again! It amy be something as simple a a loose nut to something more serious,,,if it fails at speed or on the road you could end up in serious trouble....I would check all U-Joints, Bearings, fluid level in housing, every nut&bolt that holds the Jag rear-end in place...
On the
oil, I have gone with Royal Purple (
synthetic) If I recall, it is 70w.
