Cool Rear control arm bushings

I am in the process of boxing my rear lower control arms. I thought I would upgrade to energy suspension urethane bushings while everything is apart. I picked up a set of bushings as outlined in prior threads for 79- up mustang (not GT) and they look like they will work except that the inner sleeve is for a 1/2" bolt and my controls arms are using a 9/16 bolt. Can the sleeves be pressed out and swapped. Also, the old ones look like there could be an outer sleeve but it is hard to tell. I can certainly take these back if I am wasting my time and they won't fit.
