I really miss good salsa and really thin chips... only place that comes remotely close up here is Chili's.. I suppose being passionate about food is like my passion for music. I do miss Tex-Mex..Cajun...TX BBQ... although... I do myself proud in making my own home-made version...and often farmer's market bought or homegrown.. -- okay...food and music... two things that are staples in life.. IMO
