Many of the speed shops sell little bleeding tubes which have one-way check ball valves in the end, designed specifically for brake bleeding. Place the open end of the tube onto the bleeder valve, the other end in the empty jar, get in the car and pump moderately rapidly. The bleeder valve prevents fluid return into the caliper. Just be sure to keep the reservoir topped off; it only takes one infusion of air into the line to begin the four-wheel bleeding process all over again. I've used one of these for years and it really speeds up the bleeding process.
