Remove the tubes that come in the rolled receptacle. If the new wire ends are loose, you can squeeze the loops together a bit.

2. The chrome glass holder does not seem to mate up with the rubber plate that great. Is that normal or do I have to play around with it? Seems like it is hitting the glass. Not sure if it's a quality issue or I am missing something. I assume this to be a water tight situation.
The cover holds the glass against the rubber to make the seal.

Door Install

1. One of the doors seems like I have a gasket problem and I'm not sure how to solve it. The gaps all around seem even, the latch lines up and locks on a semi-hard push. The bottom of one of the doors seems to not be closing properly because of the gasket hitting the door sill. Even when I push against it, the bulging does not seem to go away. Any idea's?
Have you adjusted the sideways tilt of the door in at the hinge? If that doesn't fix the mismatch (wait a few days for the gasket to relax), you may have to trim the gasket.
