It would take a long long long time (no pun here). Plugs are cheap, install a new set.

Of course, a wide band monitor would allow you to read the A/F ratio a lot easier and quicker than reading spark plugs. Just a lot more expensive

Edit - do not try to mechanically clean the plugs. Like I said - install new ones.
