KCM, the best I can tell, depending on year it is a Fiberfab, "Classic Motor carriage, Streetbeast or Innovative street machine ALL of them are the same company!
If you can contact Streetbeasts I think they can supply you with all your missing or incorrect parts mandated by a Federal Judgement.
