Default Dash and oil/water temp sensor ?'s

Well continuing the progress on the car...

Ran into a couple of concerns.

1. I installed the dash back onto the car and it appears like the dash is a bit tilted from top to bottom. I assume this is normal but I do not remember because I took it off so long ago. Bottom line is that the dash is not perpendicular to the body. Is this normal?

2. The manual makes no mention of water and oil temp lines from a routing standpoint that I can find. I did find a diagram that shows the oil temp going out the hole under the fuse blocks and the water temp going on the hole to the right of that. The original cars had the water temp sensor coming from the drivers side, following the wiring harness, then crossing over around the front of the engine and connecting to the intake. It looks like I can easily change the two from the manual and I see no reason why I can not but want to pose the ?.

Thanks in advance.
