Mike,

Sorry to hear about yer clutch. Yes DE3 is aggressive, but I find it more dangerous to run up on folks at big closing speeds if I run DE2 (did that once).

The big motor and the car ran great and I pulled consistent 1:16s when not held up by traffic. Not blazing any records, but respectable times for a schmuck driver. Was passed by a few, but passed many more, so I feel comfortable in DE3. The group started with maybe 30 drivers, so it was crowded in the first two sessions, but then some folks left and the track freed-up some.

Had an interesting experience with a Carrerra4 passing me on the inside in turn5. Not the most courteous spot on the track to pass, but he couldn't get me on any of the straights. That car was well set-up and could drive the off-line in 5 with ease... Ahhh, what big money can buy...

Anyhow, are you going to PIR on Thanksgiving or how about PASA anytime soon?
