The stuff I'm using now costs me $40, but the one tube lasts about 4 months. If I stop using it for say a week, my elbows look and feel like 24 grit sandpaper.
It work OK, but I need to use it at least 2 times a day, and the instructions are to use it for 2 weeks and then stop for 2 weeks.
The new stuff contains some steroids ... I guess all the sales to baseball and football player has driven up the costs.
