Clinton was offered Bin Laden ON A PLATTER by Sudan, with full knowledge of his past and guilt in several attacks.
Clinton passed, and it had NOTHING to do with ANY Conservatives.

Bin Laden was already wanted, and was telling the world he would attack the US again.
