Maybe you can raise and tilt your radiator back towards the engine compartment. This would reduce any pending damage to the lower radiator from road debris and also would shorten the hose lenght.
Other that that, maybe you could build a screen (expanded metal) to protect that section hanging under the car. It appears that any rocks, metal or chunks of rubber could result in very expensive damage to your car.
