I don't call that certified. I call that BULLSH!T. I have not always had a copy of mine but when I wanted on it took 3 days and a credit card. I then had a hard copy. Is it not the procedure that to file for office you have to submit all of the documents first. This would also include your BC. If not, it should be.
If BHO gets in, I wonder how long it will be before he invites OBL as a guest in the white house?
