The California SB-100 bill is good except it also uses the 500 allotted numbers for SB-1578 which lets a car bought out of state be registered under it. Those 500 numbers are not very many and are normally gone by noon on the 2nd of January. I still like the Missouri law the best.
And while on the subject have any of you heard anything about the so called Green Rod add on whatever it is that SEMA and the Calif. CARB are supposed to be working on? I can't find any mention of it on either site. According to our Attorney General it is supposed to be an add on device that will make crate motors meet todays emissions. If that is a fact and it works it would be great for all states. I would like to hear more about this if there is any place to find out.
