Default Question on Edelbrock heads

After 12 years of driving my E-M Cobra with a 302, I've decided to build an FE for it. I have a 390 and morphing it into 432ci. with a Scat rotating assy (Mahle flat tops, H-beam rods.)

I want to use Edelbrock heads. I would like to use the 76cc 427 LR/MR heads #60079 as the larger chamber would put the comp. ratio about where I want it. Are the only differences, between the 72cc and 76cc heads, the chamber size and header bolt patterns, or are the valves spread wider in the 427 heads vs. the 390-428? The last thing I want is valve to cylinder wall interference.
