I can do that. But I woud take a somewhat different approach. I like horsepower. But the 428 at 600 is getting to the level where other things come into pay. At 600 you are right at the design limts of the block. You can add cross bolts and such - but the cost then approaches that of a 427.
I would start off with a Genesis iron block. I'd hang a Scat 4.25 stroker kit in it, a set of ightly tweaked Blue Thunder heads and a largish hydraulic roller. Your 600 comes pretty easy this way, the cost is not too far out of line, the thing drives well and the 427 adds enough to any future resale to offset any cost difference.
