The dampner that I would stay away from is the fluiddamper---every time I see a broken crank it has a fluid dampner on it---

Thanks, Jerry. No, I'm still in the 737. Can't hold the left seat in thew 757/767 for quite a while yet.
I'd like to use the original pulleys without messing with them. What can I use that is decent and can use the pulley's that I have now?
