You don't necessarily need to to tub an SPF to shoe-horn a 335 underneath. Some of the newer chassis are better at this. But it will be a very tight fit and not offer a lot of lateral movement. I've seen several cars running the 335s.

-Dean #747 (older 3rd gen car with 325/50's on 15" rims that were widened...see gallery).
