Not to mention the unsprung weight issue. ERA mounts their custom outboard braked rear in an aluminum sub frame with cast aluminum uprights. There's an overall weight savings of about 50 lbs. over the Jag rear while keeping the unsprung weight pretty much the same. Of all the cool parts on the ERA, the outboard braked rear is, I believe, the coolest.
