Right now (at this point anyway) CRII is out of buisness. Any car, no matter what brand is as good as the person putting it together. Don't always blame a crappy car on the manufacture of the kit. All brands of cars have their good points and bad points. As I have a CR and built it, I can say that it is a darn good car.
A lot of kits are designed around doner parts but you do not have to build them that way. They are designed that way to keep the build costs down.
I have never driven any other brand kit so I can not tell you which one is the easiest to put together.
