As far as the SB100 Permits go, i think this year will be the fastest yet. --supposed economic downturn or no.

The 30 day TOPs seem to be the standard length. I think I got one 60 day TOP, but they gave me as many 30 day TOPs as I requested. I drove from July through January of last year.
