WOW, it has and will always amaze me how corvettes and classics on the North side of Houston sell their spf for high 60's/low 70's. They have a spf right now with a non-roush small block and I have to admit the odometer shows 1500 miles but it looks like more than that to me and they are asking 66K and they will get it, earlier this summer they had two new spf with roush 427 and was asking 74,900, I asked they guy what they will actually sell for and he said 70K, and couple weeks later they were gone. Houston is a year around market and the last to be hit by the economic crisis and and on top of that the most affordable housing in the country so there are some other things helping out also. I have no doubt a roush powered spf in great condition would fetch upper 50's right now, the least one would sell for as long as it were clean would be 47500.
