Jim,
A few thoughts.

I would recommend getting some turnkey pricing from Alan at Unique, and adding all of your speciality items above and beyond stock. Unique built that car inhouse for DYI network, as you know. This is a start as a first point of reference.

Then, you can use some of the SOLD historical data on Cobracountry.com as another reference. You may have to contact them for older data beyond the last 3-6 months; which would be in your favor considering the current economy and the fact that some folks are having to take less to sell the cars during this time.

Typically, I look at "replacement value" as a baseline to start from and the fact there is a lot of additional labor costs added for all those special little custom changes. I can chat more with you on it Saturday if it helps.
