Might be easiest to try to go back to a stock setup for the time being if you need to get through rego etc. As Panavia said, Ford MAFs are specific to the size of injectors used. On EEC4 computers I understood it to be a straight forward swap to change your injectors and correspondingly matched MAF. EEC5 computers don't like mods. So check your computer type first. If its EEC5 then I think it would be much easier to keep it all stock. Then you'll have a cobra that runs fine and you can sort out what mods you want to do later.
