Interesting, I had thought that the valve locations were the same on both heads, that both heads have the intake valve off centerline like a 390-428 head, and the exhaust valve is father from centerline like a 427 head.

And now that I think about it, I think that's exactly how I had to space the rocker arms on the shafts.
