The alum jacks from Harbor Freight were not without lots of problems. MY son's buddy worked there and said they had lots of returns on those. Yes they are low profile as are the expensive race jacks they copied but you get what you pay for.

I would not raise my Cobra with a cheap jack. Maybe my truck but not my Cobra.

Having said that, I once had a top of the line Walker engine hoist. When loaded it absolutely could not be squeezed off without dropping about 12 inches before control could be regained. Very scary when lowering an engine. Be careful with hydraulics



And also for the low clearance Cobra, ck out the ABS ramps that are graduated. As you drive on they lift the car 3" so you can get a floor jack under the Cobra. They will alllow you to use a regular common height floor jack. Those are availalbe at calcarcover.com.

Just my 2 cts worth-get a good jack for your Cobra.
