I have one of their jacks. I usually jack the car from the end of the main frame rails, under the cap at the end of the main tube, from either the front or the rear. If I want to put the entire car on jack stands, then I first jack up the rear of the car, and place jack stands at their lowest settings under the frame rails (use the smaller rated jack stands, as they have a shorter minimum height - if you jack the rear too high, then you can't get the jack under the front). I then place the jack under the front, and jack the car to the desired height, and place the jack stands. If needed, I then go back to raise the rear, raising the rear jack stands. Lowering the car I do the opposite.
