With the number you have ( SPF #), your's should already have the material. The U.S. bound ones had it long ago. I have 1726( and SPC037) and they both are lined. They may have dropped it as standard when the exchange rate went the other way, I know some of the one time standard items are now an option. You should be able to get, pre-cut from a Superformance dealer. It is similar in texture to a wetsuit, didn't really think about until you mentioned it, and because it is pliable and fairly thick it "absorbs" rock and debris before it can inpact the fender underside. Since it was already on our cars I'm not sure, but believe that it is also self adhesive. I'd check with the dealer....
