Phil you have to have a calibrated Throttle position sensor as part of the entire system and it has to give feedbck to the computor that controls the injectors. AIN'T NO WAY BUDDY. It has to be integrated with the position of the throttle plate. If you have to, or if you can get someone from Inglese (Comp Cams) or other reputable Weber vendor and drop the dime to have them flown in to solve your problem. Might be the best money you spend. You have been struggleing with this for too long.
